Technical sales person

OEM Automatic UAB is part of the OEM International -corporation listed in the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The company consists of 36 operating units in 14 countries. OEM operates as a local sales organization for leading suppliers of industrial automation components and systems targeted mainly at various segments in the manufacturing industry.


OEM Automatic UAB is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales person to join our Lithuanian team. You will be responsible for sales of high-quality industry components within a specific sales area, and for management and development of customer relations. In addition, an essential part of the job is finding paths to new customers. We are expecting to employ a person who is genuinely interested in helping our customers to find an optimal solution for their needs.

The position is located in Kaunas however the job requires an active role in the field and thus traveling mainly within Lithuania but also abroad. You will be supported by skilled and experienced colleagues both in Lithuania and other Baltic states, an excellent distribution center in Turku Finland and a successful corporation. We value right kind of attitude and ability to learn quickly. Basic knowledge of industrial automation and/or electronics is required, previous experience in technical sales is seen as advantage.


  • Sales-orientation and will for personal development
  • Technical degree
  • Strong technical skills (industrial automation/electricity/electronics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (both written and spoken)
  • Frequent travel is expected (mainly domestic but also international)
  • Previous experiences in technical sales is seen as an advantage
