The credit information of new customers is verified upon the first purchase. Payments are due within 14 days of the date stated on the invoice. Interest on late payments will be charged as referred to in the Finnish Interest Act.
The price of cable is based on the price of copper, EUR 150/100 kg, unless otherwise indicated. Any increase or decrease related to the price of copper is determined in accordance with base copper prices and variable day copper prices (DEL quotation – German Electrolyte Copper for Conductive Purposes) and is calculated separately for each case of invoicing.
Before returning a product, please contact your salesperson, who will give you a complaint reference number and instructions on how to proceed.
Written notice of the return of a product that is not defective must be given within 8 days of receiving the product. Claims related to a defective product must be submitted in writing within 30 days from when the product was delivered. The original packaging and the waybill must be retained. In the case of a visibly incorrect or damaged product, we request that you take photos of the product.
