Compact electronic overcurrent protection PISA-M

PISA-M is a 4-channel electronic fuse for 12 and 24 V DC systems. The smallest 4-channel electronic fuse with a width of only 22.5 mm. Despite its small size, PISA-M is packed with useful features. Push-in connectors enable quick and easy installation, and multi-colored LEDs show the status of each channel in real time. Each channel is equipped with buttons for switching the outputs on and off and for setting the current values and the trip curve. In addition to the adjustable version, versions with fixed current values are also available.

PISA-M 4-channel electronic fuses are the perfect solution for 90–480 W applications. The fuses protect components and wiring from overcurrent and short circuits and prevent costly system failures and downtime. The digitally coded user interface allows you to easily control PISA-M modules and monitor the system status.

Fast overload detection
PISA-M reacts quickly (1 ms) to overload and short-circuit situations.

Selective tripping
In the event of a fault, PISA-B only disconnects the affected channel and ensures power supply to the other channels.

Power supply overload protection
PISA-M continuously monitors loads and reduces the power supply load, e.g. in overload situations.

Data transfer
A digitally coded interface with a two-way data transfer protocol can be used for channel monitoring and remote control.
Fail-Safe switch
Electronic Fail-Safe switch protects the conductors from overheating if the channel fails.
Wide temperature range -25°C...+70°C
Automatic voltage selection

The automatic voltage selection feature allows use in 12 and 24 V DC systems.

PISA-B: Big brother provides the solution

For higher power requirements, the 8-channel PISA-B offers a solution. Channels 1 and 2 are ideal for high capacitive loads up to 100 mF, with a maximum current of 12 A on these channels. Normal loads up to 20 mF can be connected to channels 3-8, with a maximum current of 10 A on these outputs. Slow or fast tripping can be selected for all channels.

The PISA-B allows for easy and quick expansion of the system. Up to 8 units can be connected in parallel using busbars. This means a total of 64 channels! The LED matrix on the front of the device
can be used to analyze and reset individual channels. The LED matrix helps you understand and evaluate loads, detect peak currents, and change settings.
