Light curtain SG2-M 30
Datalogic SG2-M 30 is specifically made for hand protection (resolution 30mm) and muting applications. Due to modern design and technology SG2-M has no dead zones which ensures maximal detecting area in relation to the overall size of the curtain.
SG2-M features comprehensive muting-functions making it suitable for various types of applications. Functions include for example X-muting (2 beams crossing), T-muting (4 beams side by side) or L (2 beams side by side). Additionally SG2-M features full or partial muting options. Third muting-input is used to monitor normal operation. These features add extra safety for the operator and prevent either deliberate or accidental passing of the safety device.
Reset function can be selected between automatic and manual options. SG2-M also features an input for external contact monitoring (EDM). Safety outputs include 2 x PNP safety transistors. Our selection includes Datalogic CSME safety relay compatible with SG2-M.
SG2-M 30 safety light curtains conform to Type 2 and PLc, according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN 62061. The delivery includes ST-KSTD-SE mounting brackets. Datalogic light beams and curtains have 3 year factory warranty.
