Datalogic - VSM Vision sensor monitor

VSM is an external monitor compatible with all DataVS2 models. The unit shows images, results and statistics of the checks that the sensor carries out. The parameters can also be finely adjusted via the monitor.

Formulas that are stored in the sensor or in the VSM unit can be changed via the monitor. The monitor has a memory for 20 formulas.
The monitor can be connected via a LAN network to be able to access several sensors with the same monitor.

The results of all tools can be displayed by using:
RIGHT/LEFT ARROWS

This mode displays only those pictures that meet the
criteria that have been specified in the configuration of
the inspection with DataVS2 GUI

Zoom Mode

The picture from the sensor is shown in the monitor with
200% zoom.
The ARROW buttons are used to move the zoom areas.
Press ESC to exit zoom mode.

Statistics

SET BUTTON

Statistics on the inspection results displayed on the
monitor:
• Result - OK / FALE
• Execution time (ms) - total time of the inspection
• Failure % - % failure of the total number of inspections

Statistics on each tool individually can be displayed by
pressing on STATUS. Use UP/DOWN ARROWS to
change between tools
Use RIGHT/LEFT ARROWS to change the scale of the
graphics.
